Return & refunds


To return the products:

  1. Consumer shall notify CROSTY in writing within fourteen (14) days, (beginning with the day after Consumer received the products) by completing and submitting the Return Request via Contact us page. You should keep a record of your cancellation notice.
  2. The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. The Tag and Seal on the packaging box shall not be removed or damaged. The products should be returned in their original packaging.
  3. The products should be returned to CROSTY within fourteen (14) days following Return Request.


Items purchased during the promotional period (such as, 24/48 hour sale, Black Friday, Holiday Season Sales, 4th of July, Labour Day and etc.) are not subject to return. All such sales are final.

Consumer shall bear all costs of returning the product to CROSTY. Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.

You can return the products to CROSTY by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them to CROSTY.

Accessories are not eligible for free returns, unless the item is damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

We may withhold the refund until we receive corresponding evidence confirming the fact of sending back of products or products themselves, whichever is the earliest. CROSTY will refund the price of the product, including the cost of shipping the item to Consumer (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from Consumer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by CROSTY).
